NIBA are the national organisation representing Insurance Brokers in Australia. They are involved in the process of self regulation and also represent Insurance Brokers to the Government and at an international level with similar organisations around the world.

Austbrokers Central Coast have appointed a Complaints Manager and should you have a complaint or require further information in relation to submitting a complaint please contact our Complaints Manager.
Austbrokers Central Coast also subscribe to the Financial Ombudman Service (FOS)  which is a free consumer service designed to help resolve the disputes between Insurance Brokers and their clients
